DESIGN PROCESS
The design process is used widely in the world of art, design, and engineering. There are many different design processes, but the one I am using is from Stanford's Design School. I will be referring to the design process frequently in my documentation of projects and assignments under Art Design. This design process can be applied to almost any project; anywhere from writing an essay, creating a science experiment, or building an art installation. The purpose of the design process is to create an efficient and organized way of building a product, in hopes that it benefits a project to reach it full potential.

Define: Determine the problem using the responses and experiences from the Empathizing phase.
Ideate: Brainstorm ideas and solutions for the problem determined in the Defining phase.
Prototype: Put your ideas to work, create sketches or models of your solution.
Test: Test your products with and audience and get critique to improve the design.
Revise: Redo and redo until something is satisfactory and at its optimum function.
